For those who are flying, you will be picked up by a TEAM representative at the passenger pickup area ((third median) outside of your baggage claim area (on the lower level). O'Hare arrivals should go out door F or G from the baggage claim, and cross two lanes of traffic: the first lane is bus pickup, second lane is limo pickup. A TEAM representative will look for you at the passenger pickup in the third lane of traffic, for personal vehicles.
